Ingredients:
- 700g of Godamba Roti (Sri Lankan flatbread)
- 500g of cooked chicken, diced
- 200g of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and peas)
- 3 large eggs
- 150g of onion, finely chopped
- 100g of green chilies, sliced
- 2 teaspoons of curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish

- Large skillet
- Chopping board

Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a large pan over an average flame.
- Fry the finely chopped onions and green chilies until they tender or the onions become translucent.
- Add the curry powder and garam masala and fry for an additional one minute.
- Place the diced chicken and mixed vegetables at the skillet, and stir it in order to ensure correct mixing.
- Make a well in the middle of the skillet and beat in the eggs then stir until cooked to be blended with other dishes.
- When everything is fine incorporated, add the Godamba Roti, torn into small pieces as the mixture is prepared.
- Accompany the preparation of the dish with salt to your preference and cook the mixture further while stirring all content till it has been warmed up.
- Should be served hot and if desired garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
