Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Egg Rice Biryani

Step 1: Preparing the Rice

  1. Cook the Rice: It is recommended to boil 1.5 cups of water. Pour soaked basmati rice & a pinch of salt and cook until the rice is 80% done. Drain and set aside.
