Air Fryer Pasta Primavera

Ingredients:

  • 200g of angel hair pasta
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes
  • 50g of bell peppers
  • 50g of zucchini
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 30ml of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 15g of parmesan cheese, grated

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Food Processor
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top
  • Slow Cooker

Instructions:

  • Prepare angel hair pasta using package directions and then drain it and put aside.
  • In a food processor pulse cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix until you obtain a coarsely chopped sauce.
  • Choose the air fryer temperature to be 180°C (356°F) before starting the cooking process.
  • Pour the blended sauce into a stove top, let it cook on low heat for approximately 10 minutes to ripe.
  • Into the air fryer basket, pour the pasta that has been drained and then pour the sauce on the pasta and mix.
  • Place in the air fryer for another 5-7 minutes with the purpose of letting pasta get moistened by the flavors.
  • Before serving pour over the grated parmesan cheese.
