Ingredients:
- 200g of angel hair pasta
- 100g of cherry tomatoes
- 50g of bell peppers
- 50g of zucchini
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 30ml of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 15g of parmesan cheese, grated
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Food Processor
- Air Fryer
- Stove Top
- Slow Cooker
Instructions:
- Prepare angel hair pasta using package directions and then drain it and put aside.
- In a food processor pulse cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix until you obtain a coarsely chopped sauce.
- Choose the air fryer temperature to be 180°C (356°F) before starting the cooking process.
- Pour the blended sauce into a stove top, let it cook on low heat for approximately 10 minutes to ripe.
- Into the air fryer basket, pour the pasta that has been drained and then pour the sauce on the pasta and mix.
- Place in the air fryer for another 5-7 minutes with the purpose of letting pasta get moistened by the flavors.
- Before serving pour over the grated parmesan cheese.
