Ingredients:
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of butter (softened)
- 1 cup of water (or as needed)
- 6 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/4 cup of grated cheese (optional)

Instructions:
- Heat the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, 190 degrees Celsius.
- To that, add the all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl and whisk them lightly.
- Now add the softened butter and mix until the mix resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
- Slowly pour in the water and mix until you get a soft consistency. It may be necessary to change the quantity of the water used.
- In another bowl, combine the minced garlic, the chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder and chili powder.
- Then you need to divide the obtained dough into small portions and to make circular or oval surfaces from each portion.
- Put a teaspoon of the garlic mixture in the center of each flattened dough.
- After that put the filling and fold the dough over the filling and pinch at the seam.
- Place the dough balls filled on the baking tray.
- If using, final garnishing with grated cheese on top of each ball is done.
- Bake inside the oven that has been preheated for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
