Ingredients:
- 100g of quinoa
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 100g of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 50g of red bell pepper, diced
- 15g of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- Wash quinoa under cold water and follow the cooking directions on the box and cook quinoa until it is soft. Let it cool.
- Take a bowl and blend mango, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red bell pepper and fresh cilantro in it.
- After that, the quinoa should cool, then add it to the rest of the ingredients in the food processor.
- In another bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, chili powder and salt. After that, the dressing should be poured over the salad mixture and the salad should be lightly tossed.
- This salad can be enjoyed best cold or at more or less room temperature.
